description Located within the 4000 acre George Washington Management Area, the 100 acre Pulaski Memorial Recreation Area is a "day use" facility offering users a multitude of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. From the first class trout fishing in the spring, to enjoying a picnic, a short hike, or a cool swim in the 13 acre Peck Pond in the summer, to cross-country skiing on the 10 miles of groomed trails into the adjacent George Washington Management area in the winter, Pulaski provides year round enjoyment for all ages

importantInformation There are two picnic shelters that may be reserved. These are known as sites 01 and 02. Please use the following descriptions when making a reservation: Users of site #01 which is located near the beach may drive to it and drop off their day-use items but must bring their cars back out to the main parking lot. approx. 300' away. There is electricity available at this site. There are (5) five picnic tables. Users of site # 02 which is located near the Area 3 parking lot may park in front of the site. This site is approx. 2,000 feet from the lakefront. There is no electricity available at this site. There are (5) picnic tables.
